Eric Rathman is a Minnesota native, who grew up living in several south suburbs of the metro. He graduated from Eagan High School in 2006. He attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated as a Dean’s List Honoree in 2010 with a major in Political Science and minor in Coaching. He went on to complete his law degree at Hamline University School of Law where he graduated as a Dean’s List Honoree in 2014.
During law school Eric volunteered at an Immigration and Social Security Disability law firm and helped coach lacrosse at his former high school. Later, he started working as a law clerk at a firm in downtown Minneapolis which focused on criminal defense and personal injury. He continued to work there after he graduated and passed the bar exam until joining Restovich Braun & Associates.
Eric’s practice includes representing individuals charged with crimes in state and federal courts. Eric also represents clients involved in family law matters and has experience representing clients in the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Eric enjoys working closely with clients regarding their legal matters and prides himself on his work ethic and his excellent communication with his clients.
