Dominique J. Navarro

Dom was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, where he attended Rochester Public Schools andgraduated from John Marshall High School in 1992.  Dom went on to attend RCTC and Winona State, majoring in Business Administration.  Dom then established himself as an entrepreneur before returning to RCTC and Winona State andgraduating with his Business Administration Degrees in 2003 and 2004.  Dom went on tocomplete his law degree in Southwest Virginia in 2008, and then in 2010finished his Master of Laws Degree in Litigation & Dispute Resolution at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC.

While completing his Master’s Degree, Dom worked for a boutique medical malpractice law firm before returning to Minnesota where he spent the next seven years working for a small twin citiesfirm representing individuals and businesses in general civil litigation and appeals, probate, bankruptcy, real estate, and a widevariety of business-related matters.  Dom has litigated in State and Federal Courts and has argued in front of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  Dom also served as an Adjunct Instructor at a twin cities undergraduate college where he taught Business Law, Labor Relations Management, and Comparative Politics.

Dom returned to Rochester and joined Restovich Braun & Associates in June of 2016.

By virtue of hisyears spent as an entrepreneur, business major and Adjunct Instructor, Dom has valuable practical insight into the trials and tribulations ofowning and operating a new or existing business, which he brings to bear in the successful representation of his clients.
